ベーコン

そんな訳で今度はベーコン作ってましたよ。

風乾中（雨降ってたから室内で扇風機）

とまあ、本来なら買って来た肉とか塩を擦り付けるところとかを写真に撮るべきだったんだろうけど。

ぶっちゃけ撮り忘れた(゜Д゜)
後はいぶしてる時

しかも完成後に限ってはもう半分以上食っちゃった(゜Д゜)

今度から気をつけますorz
今回の感想としては前回やや塩気が無かったから塩抜きを短めにしたらちょっとしょっぱかった件。
いやはや、燻製とは塩抜きが極意なのかもしれません。
後細かいトコつくとチップ選びになるんだろうけど、この辺は所詮好みもあるので、万国共通の塩加減こそが大事なんだろうなーと。

それはともかくとして
風邪引いて熱は下がらんわひいひい言ってるかと思ってたら背中肉離れになって手首はドゥケルバン腱鞘炎とかになってた！ヤバス！まぁ、どっちも職業病だよなー。
毎度5月にはヘコまされます。憤死。

そうそう世間にはまがい物多いよなー。
銀ムツとか言われてる魚も実は後でとってつけた名前で実際はなんか違うんだぜー。
友人の話だと市販品とかでひもの液とか燻製液とかに着けたタイプのまがい物をを実際に燻製にすると風味が段違いになるらしい。
今度やってみようかと。

まぁ、箱が五月蝿いのは今に始まった事じゃないし。
エースコンバットが出るのがいいなー。なんでPS3じゃなかったんだーーーorz
